You can return any product purchased at the VALERIANO Online store, within 30 days after the day you received your order.

The article must be in the same condition at the time of delivery. VALERIANO does not accept returns of items customized or manufactured to the customer’s needs.

You can exchange the item within 14 days after receiving the order.

You should send an email to geral@valeriano.pt to request the item you want to exchange, before sending the product.
